Living Bihar

Bihar is not just its monuments. It is a culture that lives in its art, breathes in its festivals, and tastes like home in its food.

Litti Chokha & Beyond

Simple, rustic, and healthy. Litti (roasted wheat balls stuffed with sattu) and Chokha (mashed roasted eggplant/potato) is the soul food of Bihar. But don't stop there—try Thekua, Sattu Sharbat, and Makhana Kheer.

Must Try: Roadside dhabas in Patna often serve the most authentic taste.
